17:00以降ご利用希望の方は別途1泊プラン（翌朝9時まで 1,000円）の予約が必要です。

※1泊プランは、翌朝8:30～9時の間に返却できる場合のみ予約可能です。これ以外の時間の返却はできません。

※定休日前日は、1泊プランはご利用いただけません。

Business hours are from 8:30 to 17:00. Please return electric bicycles by 17:00.

For use after 17:00, a reservation for the Overnight Plan and an overnight fee of 1,000 yen are required.

*The return time for the overnight plan is between 8:30 and 9:00 the following morning.

Returns at other times are not possible.

*Over-night plans are not available on the day before regular holidays.

　・1歳以下のお子様のチャイルドシート利用、および抱っこ紐を利用しての自転車乗車

There are no hospitals on Teshima.

To prioritize your safety above all else, please note that you will not be permitted to use our services if any of the following apply:

　・Children under 150 cm in height riding alone

　・Pregnant women

　・Use of a child seat for children under 1 year of age, and riding a bicycle while using a baby carrier

団体予約の最大予約可能数は15台です。複数予約で16台以上の予約を行うことはお控えください。

The maximum number of bicycles that can be reserved for group reservations is 15.

Please do not make reservations for more than 16 bicycles for multiple reservations.

＜キャンセルポリシー/Cancellation Policy＞

　ご予約開始時間からご連絡なしで一時間経過してもご来店のない場合、ご予約は自動キャンセルとなりますので、ご注意ください。

　（繁忙期などは次のお客様への貸し出しのため、遅れてご来店されてもご用意できない場合がございます。）

　ご予約の変更・キャンセル等は、予約システムにてお手続きいただくか、ご利用日前日までにメール、お電話にてご連絡ください。

　ノーショー、およびお客様のご都合による当日キャンセルは全額お支払いいただきます。

　5名様以上の団体様のキャンセル料については2日前30%　1日前50%　当日100%となります。

　雨天等天候不良の場合はキャンセル料はかかりませんが、必ずご連絡をお願いいたします。

　Please note that your reservation will be automatically cancelled if you do not show up within one hour after your reservation start time

　without informing us.(Please note that during peak season, we may not be able to provide bicycles for late arrivals due to loaning to the next customer.)

　To change or cancel your reservation, please use the reservation system or contact us by email or phone no later than the day before your scheduled visit.

　In the event of a no-show or a same-day cancellation due to personal reasons, you will be charged the full amount.

　For groups of 5 or more, cancellation fees are as follows: 30% two days prior, 50% one day prior, and 100% on the day of the reservation.

　While no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of inclement weather, such as rain, please be sure to contact us.
